Beautiful 1968 Chevy Pickup Truck 4 x 4 with eye catching original factory color Blue and White combo paint- virtually perfect body- super high end basecoat clearcoat. This truck was completely stripped down to bare metal and repainted- door jambs, behind the bed- everything. Has a small block Chevy V8, and my mechanic says it has a solid cam and lifters. Motor runs strong.
Tons of New parts: New aluminum intake, and polished Holley carburetor. New dual exhaust, with powder coated headers. Truck has completely new painted interior, including door panels, carpet and a great looking hounds-toothupholstery, and dash pad. Also new windshield, and rear glass, with all weatherstripping replaced. New wheels & tires. New cowl induction hood. New front & rear bumpers, chrome, master cylinder and booster, lights & lenses, mirrors, gauge set, emblems & door handles inside and out, plus truck bed liner, and even restored and painted steering wheel.
The restoration is almost complete except for a few things that need to be done: needs emergency brake pedal assembly, and gas gauge isn't working, but I have a used one that goes with the truck. Also the horn doesn't work all the time.I blew my knee out and won't be able to drive it for a while, so would prefer to sell it than have to change it over to an automatic transmission. One would be hard pressed to find one in this good of condition. Well over $20K was spent in the restoration of this truck so far.
