It started as a nice solid RUST FREE CALIFORNIAshort wide bed pick-up truck. The VIN is CE149S827959.This is a PROFESSIONAL RESTORTION with lots of custom work done to it; not a back yard job.The frame and body were separated, restored on a rotisserie, the chassis was restored and it was lowered front and rear. Everything has beenrestored entirely from the ground up. Everything has either been replaced, up graded or customized. OVER$45,000 WAS SPENT ON IT! This truck looks fantastic, sounds great, its fast and is it a ton of fun to drive. Below are the details of the build:
BODY & PAINT
'68 front end was installed
Steel cowl custom hood installed
Rear roll pan added to the rear under the tailgate
Door handles were shaved, door poppers added
Body work done then painted white with ghost flames (rainbow pearl added) to match chassis.
Clear coat was cut and buffed to a fine finish.
New grill installed
New front bumper
New tailgate installed
Engine compartment restored and painted
Interior of cab painted
Bed restored and Rhino Lined
CHASSIS
Lowered front and rear
Frame and chassis were restored
Frame and chassis painted same color as flames, rainbow pearl added
New fuel cell installed to replace stock gas tank
New tires and wheels installed
