For sale is my beloved 1963 Chevy C10 Long bed fleet-side
Lots of work since I've owned it (I bought it after moving to Colorado 5 years ago)
Specs:
'63 C10 Rodded super torqy 292 straight six, with a TH350 transmission. Runs great. Lots of guts and super surprising for a 292. V8 power in a straight six. Dare to be different, and the expensive performance parts are already added. Runs and drives great. No trailer needed to get it home unless maybe you're driving it all the way to the east coast. But even then, it's a tank and I wouldn't doubt that it would make it that far without issue. Clean Colorado title as well.
Rodded' 292 Straight six with lots of goodies. New Offenhauser 4 barrel performance intake, Holley 4 barrel carb. Custom made throttle linkage (works much better than the version that offenhauser includes with the install kit).
-Dual headers to dual exhaust (splits 3 cylinders per side into glass pack mufflers and exits in the rear under bumper)
-Classic performance products disc brake retrofit on the front with with CPP power brake booster.
-New drop spindles with drop springs and correct drop shocks on the front and CPP drop springs on the rear. Worked hard to give it the perfect stance.
Brand new tires. Roughly 100 miles on them, maybe less. Big 275/60's tucked in perfectly on the rear and 235/60's on the front. 12 bolt posi rear with 3:73 gearing. B&M floor shifter. Some SS badging added.
The previous owner had his nephew do the paint, which was not the best job in the world, so I started prepping it for re-paint. Still looks great cruising as-is, but I had plans to re-paint it again. So you will see a couple spots where I started filling and smoothing the lines. I like to say it has a 20/20 paint job right now. Looks great cruising at 20mph from 20 feet away. Has some of the rare pieces like the window rain guards which are impossible to find now, as well as the grille being the non painted version AND it has the rare headlight covers. Has the original wood slat bed in it now, but the wood is deteriorated and needs replaced. Rear bumper is the non-chrome, work type bumper but has been shaved and tucked a little to give a slick look. I like it a lot and had no desire to switch to a chrome bumper but that's up to you. Gives it a unique look.
The truck needs a little TLC here and there to be perfect but is a great looking running driving truck as is and gets compliments everywhere it goes. Will need some very minor attention before repainting in the typical spots. Previous owner had new lower front fender panels welded in. The truck has a custom aluminumgaugepanel installed but not all gauges are hooked up. Speedo works but up to new buyer to hook up the rest. I'm sure I'm leaving some things out but feel free to ask any questions about the truck. It's a very strong runner and a solid truck.
Buyer is responsible for making transportation/shipping arrangements and all fees involved with getting it to your destination. I will be more than glad to help load it or whatever, but it's up to you to make all arrangements.
