Description
Selling my beautiful baby maker 1980 Camaro Z/28. This beauty has the factory Ram-Air hood and T-Tops, new tires and newly rebuilt 350 engine.The interior needs redone with new door panels, seat covers, headliner and carpet. Left front fender needs to be fix or replace and some minor body work done before paint. I included some under carriage pictures before sealing it to show it only had surface rust.
Engine: 350 (5.7) V8. The engine is the original high performance block and heads that came with the car, it was rebuilt and it has less than 100 miles of use. The engine is 30 over with a steel crank and flat top 10.1 pistons. The cam was upgraded to a 30/30 mild cam and it has a nice slight lope at idle. The valve covers are chrome with en old style design letters, they came out of a 55 small block, they have thicker metal than the new ones. It was a new Aluminum 4 Row Radiator with a new water pump and thermostat, belts and hoses.
The transmission is a turbohydromatic 350 (automatic) recently services with a new shift kit and the differential has the stock 3:23 ratio gears also recently serviced.
The battery is a new Gold 78 series with Nationwide 3 year warranty, sitting in an original style reproduction battery tray.
The gas tank was removed and cleaned out and a new sending unit was installed. The Brake master cylinder and booster are both new.
The wheels are the original factory rims 15X 8's with New tires that are Cooper Cobra Radials GT 255/70/15 in the front and 255/60/15 in the rear.
