I totally restored this truck about 2 years ago and it truly is one of the best trucks I have ever had. I'm just testing the waters on it. Kind of wanting to start another project. It is a 1965 Chevrolet C10 Fleet side Short bed with a freshly rebuilt fuel injected ls1 out of a 2002 Camaro. We completely went through it andreplaced all the main bearings, rods, every gasket was changed with high quality parts. I had a company in Texas cut the factory wiring harness and tune the computer.2500 miles on the restoration. It has a 4l60e automatic transmission that was completely rebuilt with all quality parts, monster shell, torque converter, shift kit, corvette servo, all new solenoids and wiring harness. It has been converted to power steering and disc brakes in the front. It is lowered 4in in the front and 6in in the rear with a very high quality kit from brothers. The ride and handling are amazing. The paint is a Camaro silver that looks great. The interior is bucket seats with a console made of black leather. The dash cluster is a Dakota digital that is absolutely worth the money. Ibought a factory set of ac vents to put in the center of the dash and they are fully functional for the heat and air. The ac is by vintage air specially made for the truck with the ls1. The wheels are like new USmags 22x9 front and 22x11 rear that fit very nicely. Now on to the body, allthe rockers and cab corners are brand new. There is no bond in this truck anything that had rust was replaced. The whole bed is brand new. The front fendersand all the bumpers are new.The wood in that back looks amazing and the new chrome strips do to. All the glass and weather striping is brand new. This is a very reliable truck I just drove it up to pigeon forge tn and itperformed flawlessly. If you have any question you can call or text me at 8034162693.
