With the introduction of Astro Ventilation, a fresh-air-inlet system, the side vent windows were deleted. Side marker lights were added on the front and rear fenders which was a government requirement for all 1968 vehicles. It also had a more pointed front grille and divided rear taillights. The front running lights (on non-RS models) were also changed from circular to oval. The big block SS models received chrome hood inserts that imitated velocity stacks. This Silver 1986 has been restored in SS Styling, with badging and the SS nose striping. Under the cowl hood is a 350ci Small Block Chevy motor that sports a generous amount of chrome and bolt on performance upgrades. The interior is very well done and is extremely clean. The Low rise front bucket seats are newly covered, and the dash has a new woodgrain inlay. They center column is also new looking and houses the auto shifter. This is a very clean and well styled car; Perfect for a cruise or for the show.
