Description
This 1966 Hot Rod Corvette had a 3+ year frame off restoration/modification. It now has a NEW, less than 600 miles (previous engine broke!), 496 Big Block (dyno sheet available), FAST EZ-EF, Electronic ignition, Tremec TKO-600 5 Spd, Hot Rod A/C, C4 seats, Autometer gauges, Tom's Differentials 12 bolt posi, half shafts,& hubs (yes it's an IRS). Rack & pinion steering, tubular control arms, Fr. coil overs & fiberglass rear spring, American Racing wheels, Mickey Thompson tires. Every part, nut, bolt etc. has been replaced, or repaired.
Note: IT DOES NOT have tri-power or long tube headers now. It has EFI and shorty headers. The 12,600 miles is since completion of rebuild. It's a driver so it's not perfect. There are some stone chips & a small crack in the paint on the R/F fender etc. The new clutch has a slight chatter on takeoff when cold but the trans. shifts smoothly.
