Description
You are bidding on a 1963 Chevy Bel Air 4 door sedan, 283 2 bbl engine, 2 speed powerglide. Great project car to restore. Runs/drives okay for a car that is 53 years old and not restored. Engine has some oil leaks, nothing major. Not sure if engine was replaced, it has HEI ignition. New Battery, all front end bushings are worn and will need to be replaced. No factory air, manual steering, drums on all four wheels. Most of car looks original. some chrome missing. rear bumper in good shape, front bumper dented at passenger side, might be able to straighten. Carb needs adjustment or rebuilt running rich. Car was painted poorly and has a few corrosion spots. There is some rust areas as well. All window regulators in tack and glass is in good condition except windshield which has a large crack and will have to be replaced. Floorboards/trunk has light surface rust, no holes or major issues/concerns. Gas tank appears to have a patch on it and may need to replace however it does not leak.
