Up for sale we have a 1956 Chevy 210 Hard Top. This '56 has went through a full body off restoration. It has been upgraded with a Fuel Injected Motor, eather Interior and of course AC. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, nterior, nd heartbeat of the Chevy, ut first we would like to tell you a little about us.
Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned, perated, nd own our entire inventory, o consignments, nd only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 70 to 80 cars at all times. We don't have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So, hat's how we can sell for less than other dealers. To contact us for more information, ictures, r any questions call our office at (865)988-8088 or visit our SmokyMountainTraders website.
We will start off with the exterior of the 210. It was pulled off the frame and took to bare metal. It was all prepped and fit before being pulled back apart to be painted. Everything is covered in the Tuxedo Black base coat clear coat. It has been buffed and polished to a deep rich shine. When the glass was installed they used new seals and gaskets. The side glass has a light smoke to help keep you cool in the summer. New bumpers were installed along with other new chrome. The trim around the windows and down the sides was either cleaned and polished to a like new finish or it was replaced. The final exterior touch is the set of 18" and 20" Coys on the corners.
Next, e will take a look at the interior of the '56. On the inside it's all done in Red Leather that really stands out against the exterior and makes for a killer look. It has the correct seats and factory style covers. The door panels are also covered in Red Leather with the same stitching that's done in the seats. You'll notice that the control for the upgraded Power Windows are located in the doors. Also, he headliner is done in red with all the roof stainless looking like new. The dash and top of the doors are done in black to match the body color. When you look at the dash you'll see the added AC vents and the upgraded Instrument Panel. The gauges as well as the clock light up red to keep the interior scheme consistent. The radio is an AM Fm from vintage radio and to make it more driver friendly it has tilt column with a custom grip wheel.
Finally, e will take a look at the heartbeat of the Chevy. Under the hood you'll notice the same eye for detail. The firewall is slick and notched to work with the LS Power Plant and is painted slick black along with the inner fenders. The 6.0 Power is hooked to a 4L60E Trans. The engine is dressed with a set of aluminum bowtie valve covers that set on top of aluminum heads. For the exhaust it flows through long tube coated headers and duals. The engine is cooled by an Aluminum Radiator and Electric Fans. The battery was moved to the trunk to keep a cleaner look under the hood. The steering has been changed to CPP Power Steering gear with all new bushings and joints. Also, he brakes were upgraded to Four Wheel disc with a show chrome booster and master. The vintage AC was done well and is very neat. When you look under this '56 the floors look better than new. They are polished just like the body and the frame was also cleaned and painted. Also it has new fuel and brakes lines as well as a new fuel tank.
