Welcome - We have a 1962 Corvair Monza convertible up for sale. This is an older restoration that was done a few years ago. The exterior of the car has had a paint job and a color change. The original color was burgundy. There are a few blemishes that show in the paintwork but overall very presentable. The chrome work on the car is relatively good with a little pitting from age and originality. The convertible top is in good shape with the clear plastic rear window and the top goes down manually. The interior has been redone - seats and carpets. Dash is complete with some pitting around the cluster bezel and glovebox. The glove box door does not open and there is no glovebox behind the door. The car needs a new set of window and door rubber weather stripping Engine and transmission are good with a smooth operating clutch. Engine sounds good and starts right up and no smoke. Does have slight oil leak underneath the motor. What doesn't work that I have noticed is the gas gauge and the horn. Tires are in decent shape. Overall a nice running and driving convertible For more information you can call 310-316-5300  Questions: Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have by email.Any questions should be asked prior to bidding. Please do not assume anything.
