Hello and thank you for checking out this cool 1990 Chevy Beretta Indy 500 Replica. I purchased this car from a guy in Texas about two months ago. I had the car shipped via car carrier and costed me $750 just to ship it, lus I purchased the car for $2,300. I bought the car unseen really. I just viewed the car from photos he sent me. I owned many Beretta's in the past but never owned the Indy. It is a very rare Yellow Indy and GM produced 1500 in this color. I intended on restoring the car but I have way too many projects at the moment and really dont have the time or money to put into it. Im restoring two 70's corvettes at the same time and Ive lost interest in trying to work on all three cars, t's just insane. I would really love to keep it and would hate to see it go, ut it's not practical in my current situation, lus it was just an impulse buy at the time when I should of gave it more thought. Anyway the car runs and drives and has approximately 127,200 miles on it. I cleaned the interior really good and it made a big improvement. I also installed a new headliner as well. But the rear seat has a small rip in it and the front driver seat is sagging a bit on the sides. The dash has some damage and is warped from the sun and heat (typical issue with these cars). But I have a nice dash cover and it looks decent. The door panels need some attention but can be reupholstered ( I was thinking of wrapping in leather) Overall the interior is pretty nice. The tires are brand new and the rims look really good. I also replaced the rear spoiler because the original spoiler was cracked very badly. **Please make note that some photos show the car with the yellow rear spoiler but has been since changed to red** Because they do not sell after market spoilers or OE replacements I had to drive out and buy one from a guy in Jersey. The paint on this car is faded very bad. The car appears to have previous damage to the front end but the fenders will need a bit of adjustment. The car will need a full paint job for sure. The trunk had some rust and part of the edge where the rubber weather strip sits is rotted away. I actually cleaned it up a bit with my grinder and applied rust stop the the damaged area. This part of the trunk will need repair. The car runs great and starts every time. The tranny shifts very well too. It has a new battery and new starter as well. The struts, hocks, nd tie rods will need to be replaced. You may still drive the car but I would recommend that the struts and tie rod ends be replaced asap. There isn't any major rust other then the spot on the trunk edge where the weather strip sits. The car is all original and is definable worthy of a restore to someone who appreciates this car. I have a clear title in my name. I'm into the car over $3000 and I'm offering it at $1500 with absolutely no reserve. No I cannot and will not take any less so please refrain from asking. I can get more from parts. My loss is your gain period. If the car doesn't sell I will be forced to part the car out and will sell the parts on ebay. So if your just looking for parts, ust shoot me a message and Ill keep you in mind for the part if the car doesn't sell. But I rather sell the car whole "AS IS" If you have any questions please inbox me. If you have any concerns I suggest that you contact me to make an appointment to see the car in person. The car is being sold "AS IS" & "Where Is". If you bid on the car you buy it. A $500 PayPal deposit is required right after the auction ends and is NON REFUNDABLE. Buyer is responsible for transporting or pick up of this automobile. Thanks and have a blessed day!!
