1968 Factory SS 396 Camaro.

1968 Date code correct 396/325hp with original Th400 automatic trans and original "BL" 12 bolt posi rear end with 3.07 gears. Desirable "U" color code Le Mans blue.

Original factory options include front disc brakes, eluxe interior, onsole with gauges and the desirable tic-toc-tach.

This is a daily/weekend driver that drives excellent and has had all of the suspension redone including all the ball joints, pper and lower control arm bushings, way bar link bushings, hocks, TC.

Many original parts are on this car. The original dash pad is perfect, illar post moldings are original and perfect, eluxe door panels are original and perfect. Console is in very good shape, nd new carpet was recently installed.

It's an older restoration with paint probably 20-25 years old. Still presentable but the clear coat is failing. Looks like quarter panels and trunk pan may have been done at that time. They were done right and still look very good. Just a few bubbles around the driver's side rear wheel well. The vinyl top is showing its age as well and also has few bubbles in it but very minor and normal for its age.

The car retains its original and rust free GM doors, enders and SS hood. All the body alignment looks original and overall this is a very solid, eliable 68 big block.

GM 15" rally's with BFG's 235/60/15 fronts and 255/60/15's rear. Tread is about 50% on all. There is a working AM/FM cassette in the original uncut dash and other than the original clock, verything works as it should.

I have the original owners manual, n the original pouch, riginal emissions pamphlet and the original owner protection plan booklet. The metal tag is gone but it does have the original dealer name of Underwood Chevrolet from Clinton Michigan.

Overall, his is a nice driving old school 396 big block that can be enjoyed as is. It needs nothing mechanically and the interior is really nice. This is a $40k plus car with new paint! Clear CA title in my name.
