1949 Chevy Truck3 owners counting my dadPatina paint Barn findHas very little rustThis truck starts and runs and drives. Im sure the brakes need gone through but it does stop pretty good. I drove the truck from one shop we have to another one for storage which was about 8 miles. The tires are weather cracked pretty good. The engine starts great. It doesnt seem to smoke or anything but does rattle a bit when fired. The truck has been converted to 12v and has working lights etc.Has some bondo in the tailgate and in the passenger rear fender. I would personally find a new tailgate. There are a few rust places in the floor that the previous owner put some small pieces of sheetmetal over very small (See Pics) There is also a dent in the roof of the truck above the drivers area on the roof of the cab that has some bondo. Other than that this truck is super solid and pretty straight. It has been repainted many years ago. It just has that old weathered look to it which everyone wants right now. All of the glass is good with the exception of the passenger door glass that has a small crack. All others are in good shape. It would make a killer shop truck or is solid enough you c-ould tear it down and blast it and -restore it. Anymore questions just call or text or send me a message on here I will be glad to answer them. I tried to take pics of the truck and show all the bad places and tell everything I know about it. Keep in mind this truck is over 65 years old and is pretty much unrestored. Clean NC Title in Hand. This truck is sold as is where is with no warranty written or implied. Thanks 828-217-2546
