1971 Chevelle Malibu V8 Auto Trans Nice Pro-Touring DriverTime to fund the next project! For sale is my 71Chevelle. I have owned and rebuilt this car over the last year and a half, ts been a pure joybuilding it to what you see here. Its a nicecar that runs without issues right now. Can be used as a daily, r someone could take it to the next level as a show car. I havecountless hours invested in this beauty, o with allthe work being done, ou just get to enjoy it. The car isn't perfect,the paint looks really good for its age, ut it looks to be a respray from a number of years ago. The car was originally dark green, nd as you can see in one of the pics, mall parts of the door jambs are still the original color. I went through and painted most of the rest of areas black (under hood,trunk, tc). The rear trunk has been completely sealed and coatedfor protection, nd is really solid.I have done a lot of detailing as I work on things, or instance, dropped the fuel tank and went through it, ainted it, nd installed new fuel lines. Chrome differential cover, onverted the manual brakes to power brakes. Below is a list of modifications I have done to the car, ave all of the receipts and paperwork that goes with the sale of the car.Engine - New 350 engine built by Portland Engine Rebuilders (premier engine builder in Portland, R), nly 2506 miles since the build - Engine came with 3 year unlimited mileage warranty(not sure if its transferrable, ut is a testament to the quality of work that Portland Engine Builders does)- Edelbrock performer intake and carb- HEI distributor and headers- New 3 core aluminum radiator with tranny coolerTransmission- New TH350 tranny with the same miles as the engine (withTransGo Shift Kit)Exhaust- New custom exhaust with H pipe installed by Exhaust Specialties. - 40 series Flowmasters, ounds fantasticWheels and Tires- U.S. Mags staggered18x8.5" front wheels, 8x9.5 rears-Nitto tires with less than 1000 miles on them (basically brand new), ear 275/40zr18, ronts 245/40zr18Interior- New Kenwood head unit with remote and rear 6x9s- New door panels correct for the car (not generic panels)- New carpet kit- New upholstered seats, ave the original head rests.- Headliner is in excellent shape, ut is still the dark green, ut it looks like its black (wouldn't know if I didn't mention it, ntil you look real close)Brakes and Suspension- New shocks all around, ir in the rear - New lowering springs, owered the car 2" (Still havethe stock springs that will go with the car) - New lower ball joints- Just had car alignment done by Alignment Specialties- New aftermarket gauges.- New chrome brake reservoir with a billet cover-Upgraded the brakes to power, ith abooster from a 69 Firebird.
