This car is a great example of a mostly original Chevrolet, nd could certainly be taken to any show and impress people with its high degree of originality. Believed to be just as built new other than tires, aintenance items, nd exhaust system. Owner changes oil and greases car every 3000 miles approx. To the best of owners knowledge the interior is original. Owner has had no accidents. Car operates just as it was designed, nd rides so smooth and so comfortably. It is an easy car to maintain along with some really great documentation, nd bought from believed 2nd owner.

Paint- * Paint matches well all the way around, ts very smooth and shiny. We don't see any improper orange peel. * Owner has not had any paint work performed. * Can't tell if paint is all or mostly original, r whether some areas have had a high quality of re-coat at some point. * There are a few nicks on the front nose from normal driving, ostly in the area of the Chevrolet emblem, nd a few little nicks on the back edges of the doors. Possibly a few more here and there. * We did not notice any scratches on the car. On the hoods left side, here the crease is at an angle, here are a couple touched up spots were the paint had worn thin. (See Pics) Body- * The body is beautifully straight and the fits are all pretty much as you would expect to see from the factory. * Its free of dents with the exception of the left quarter half way between body side molding and the top edge is a little dimple that was received from a stray baseball. On the right quarter there is a light dimple about the same position only directly below the Impala emblem. (See Pics) * There is a touch up on the right side of the rear window. Magnetic Paint Gauge- * We took multiple readings on each panel of the car, nd found that much of the paint appears to be in the 3-5 ml of depth with a few spots jumping a little higher or a little lower. No areas showing obvious repair or repaint. Though it is unlikely that there wouldn't be any touch ups performed in all of its years. * We did not find any area that we detected filler by the factory or afterward.
Bright work- * All of the chrome and stainless surrounding the windows (including the door handles and the mirrors) are about as close to new as you could possibly imagine. * They are all mounted and secured well. * The body side moldings, nd wheel opening moldings show almost no wear. The exception being a ding in the right rear wheel opening molding. (see pics) * The after market mud flaps have well protected the sides, f course there are now some slight dings in the mud flaps from stones. * Front and rear bumpers all appear to be undamaged, owever when you look up closer the front bumper is starting to show a little bit of wear. The rear bumper up close on the right side is starting to pit around the right taillight and bumper end area. The left side shows very little wear. Glass- * All of the glass including the windshield, he rear unique glass that the custom has, nd all side windows all have the same PPG emblem (Safety Flo Lite). This indicates that it all could possibly be original with its identification. * The windshield does contain a radio antenna integrated right into the center. * The windshield and all of the glass appears very clear. I did not see any discoloring, elamination, ull-eyes, racks, iper marks, r scratching of any kind. * The glass without a question is in exceptional condition. * The glass on the rear view mirror is showing a little aging. (see pics) Interior- * I can truly say this is one of the most outstanding original condition interiors that we have seen. It appears to be almost as much like it would have looked on the show room, s about any car we have seen in a while. * One of the thing that really amazes me about not only how good this interior looks but when you touch and feel the vinyl on the tops of the door trim or the head rest and the edges of the front seats the vinyl is so supple. When you move it with your fingers it shows no hardness or brittleness. Hard to believe how soft it still remains. * The seat belts with the GM emblem, ou can see this car has just not had exposure to the outside. * The dark paint around the inside of the windshield looks so fresh. * The headliner is all pulled nice and tight with good seams and good color, ot showing age. * The sun visors are firm and all of the stitching and material again looks virtually new, ncluding the stickers with the engine starting procedures on the back side. * The door panels again are of great color without sun damage to the plastics. They look extremely fresh. * The black below the speedometer is crisp and fresh looking along with all the gauges and knobs, ike taking a trip back in time. * The cloth on the back and front seats all have great color and almost no wear. * The Carpet has all very rich color. * No cracks in the steering wheel, ake time to pay close attention to all the knobs and extras. This car is like taking a trip back to the 70's. * In the pictures you will see all the goodies we have that go with this car that were in the glove box. * There is one little sown mark on the bottom of the front seat. (See Pics) Tires- * Installed in 1988 * Tires are older but with lack of exposure, don't see any cracking on the tires nor do I see any curb damage on the tires wheels or hubcaps. * The Hubcaps all have good color as far as the black painted areas and have no wear showing. We do not see damage on the caps besides a few light dimples, hich are almost impossible not get when you install them. * Cooper Trendsetter Steel Belted Radials * Left Front - P215-75-15 9/32 * Left Rear- P215-75-15 9/32 * Right Front- P215-75-15 9/32 * Right Rear- P215-75-15 9/32
Trunk-
* The trunk is again like a trip back in time. In the trunk you will see the spare with a wheel and jack included.
* The mat and the foam on the back is still very soft which is extremely rare, ts so well preserved.
Engine and Transmission-
* When you look under the hood, ther then the battery you'll find things to be undisturbed and nothing altered from original manufacturing. That includes the original tags on top of the radiator area and the windshield bucket with fluid in it.
* Its about as close to original as you can imagine.
Chassis- *We do not see any rust perforation on the frame. *We do not see any rust perforation on the floor board. * Look closely at the pictures, ut we do not detect any repairs to the frame or floor board. (you will see a slight surface rust on much of the bottom side) * You will see in the pictures, he engine, ransmission, nd rear end have a light amount of normal seepage that you would and should see. (Not excessive) * Notice it does have a newer dual exhaust from front to back. You can see it has a natural light surface rust that you would see on cars like this because it has not been coated. This is beneficial because a coating will cover things. * Very nice natural looking underside. * You will see signs of maintenance and greasing of the chassis as needed. Test Drive- The owner and Chad went for a ride in the car and Chad drove the car back several miles. The car steers, tarts, uns, hifts and stops exactly the way it was designed, nd everything appears to be working properly in the drive train. It is very smooth and easy to drive and amazingly tight as we drove it down the road, ike that of a car that hasn't been used a lot. The up shift and down shift are all working properly. Upon stopping multiple times we did not feel any pulsation and the car stopped very smoothly and correctly without pulling to the left or right. Mechanical- * Fuel gauge is registering but we are not sure how accurate it is due to how little the car is used. * Windshield wipers work * Lighter works * Radio- not working- no sound * Emergency brake works * Hood release works * High beams and low beams all work correctly * Front left and right turn signals work * Back left and right turn signals work * Parking brake work * License plate light works * Back up lights work left and right * Horn works * Heater and fan works on different speeds * Air conditioning compressor does cycle on and off but it has been yrs since it has been charged and will need freon- not cold * Glove box light works * Dome light is working

Major rust/rot, ndisclosed problems with the frame, tc. might constitute a legitimate reason for the buyer to refuse to follow through with the sale. In that situation, he seller and buyer will try to reach an agreeable solution.
The buyer acknowledges that he has had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle to verify it is as listed and represented. He accepts the vehicle with all advertised equipment, ptions and accessories in "AS IS" condition with any faults or defects. The buyer will bear all future costs of repairs or correcting any defects that exist or may occur in the future.
