For sale is a 1970 Monte Carlo that is 95% restored by the original owner. It is a 1970 with all the options available in the 454 model. The A/C unit was removed and can be reinstalled along with the moldings and the 454ss badges that were removed at the time it was painted by the original owner. The interior is very clean from the floor to the headliner with no damages. The rear shocks are adjustable with the air valves behind the license plate. A new starter was installed a week ago after thinking the chrome starter was going bad, hich later turned out that the battery was 5 years old and weak that lead to starting issues. The chrome starter is good and will be included in the sale. In addition, installed high performance GM rocker arm locks and the wheel bearings for the front wheels. All new brakes were also installed with a new master cylinder. A heat shield was also installed to reduce the heat related vapor lock on the starter since the starter in close to the headers. Other than that, he car runs and sounds strong. I do not get to drive it much since the roadway has become very congested with many careless drivers on it. The last 5% of the completion that is needed on the car is related to wet sanding the paint to bring out the shine and to eliminate the few minor scuffs on the fenders which can only be seen on an angle if you are looking for it. The right rear panel have 3 little outward dings that were caused by shifting parts in the trunk when the vehicle was shipped to me. The vehicle overall is in excellent condition with many new parts included. Any additional questions or pictures can be made available through an email. I am selling the vehicle because I have to reduce my collection of toys in order to make the move across the country easier and less expensive with the family.
