Thank you for looking at my 1994 Chevrolet Caprice Station Wagon. First off, t's not perfect. It's got a dent in the passenger side rear quarter. There is a smudge of mud or something on the headliner above the back seat and in the cargo area, he headliner is just beginning to loosen up along the edges (will begin sagging in a few years.) It's got 290,000 miles on it, o there is a lot of things that are worn. The front passenger side arm rest has come off as you can see in the pictures. There are no tears in the upholstery, ut I never got around to shampooing the interior- it could really use a good shampoo. The carpet is new, s are all 4 tires (235-75-15 White Wall Tires) and the full-size spare (all replaced this Summer). I've replaced a bunch of parts and the car will come with various spare parts. The original jack was missing, o I replaced it with a NOS jack from Royal Oak Chevrolet. The radio works perfectly, ut the CD player does not work. The sun visors need to be re-covered (I'll include some spare visors that I picked up.) These cars originally suffered some wiring issues related to the cooling fans and a Technical Service Bulletin came out in the mid-nineties. The original cooling fan wiring harness has been replaced with the InnovativeWiring TSB harness which is the best harness on the market for LT-1 cars. All power options work including mirrors, eats, ailgate, indows, tc. All windshield wipers and washers work perfectly- even the tailgate wiper and washer. The headlights are cloudy and will need to be replaced or buffed out. The electrochromic rear-view mirror automatically dims as it should and all of the interior lights work. The fuel pump, gr valve, lternator, attery, pring dampeners, dler arm, enter link, ie rod ends, nd starter are all new. The shock absorbers are new Monroe Severe-Duty shocks and really help control this 4,500 lb. beast in the corners. The mylar (fake chrome) in the body side rub-strips is peeling and the pin-stripes will need to be redone. There is an old repair on the front passenger side of the hood that could have been done better (the original owner hit a deer in 2008 and fixed the dent himself.) I believe that all of the glass is original except the windshield which has a small rock chip. The roof rack is all there and the cross-bars adjust easily. The tailgate window has new struts so it lifts nicely and the tailgate defroster works as it should. The car has a trailer wiring harness and a damaged spot in the middle of the back bumper which leads me to believe it may have had a trailer hitch at some point in the past. The A/C blows cold, ut I've noticed that once a year or so, t needs about 1/2 a can of R-134 refrigerant as it has a very slow leak. The transmission shudders a bit when up-shifting from 4th gear to 3rd. It doesn't affect driving, o I've never gotten around to investigating the reason. I periodically scan the ECM for trouble codes and it does not currently have any warning lights on, rouble codes, r pending trouble codes in the computer. The good: This car isn't rusty and while very used, t hasn't really been abused. It is a Southern car and has never seen salt- just lots of sun. The Caprice was built at the Arlington, exas GM Assembly Plant in 1994 and was sold new at Jerry's Chevrolet in Weatherford, X and currently resides in Fort Worth, exas. It has spent its entire life in Tarrant County, exas. It has always been adult driven so it hasn't been modified, riven hard, r had stupid aftermarket parts installed. The original owner changed the oil every 2,500 miles and used only Valvoline conventional oil, nd I have continued the 2,500 mile oil change interval. The LT-1 V8 is impressive with it's 275 horsepower, nd 290 lb. ft. of torque. The 4L60E transmission is geared high so this car will really fly on the highway. On an open stretch of roadway I once pushed it north of 120 m.p.h. before chickening out. It was still accelerating quickly. This is the perfect car for you if you want an old station wagon that you can put some work into and have a really nice old car. Most of these I see have been wrecked and abused. With some maintenance and some paint work, his would be a great car. I hate to see it go, ut I have a new baby and 2 other old Chevys waiting their turn for restoration (and a wife that wants the driveway back) so if you bid on her, lease give this old girl a good home. She will be a collector's item one day. Please let me know if you have any questions. I'm more than happy to talk about this car. Thanks for looking!
