I am selling my 57 2 door hardtop that I have owned for 15 years.I bought this car from a fellow employee that I worked with at the city.This is a California built car and has spent its whole life here.When I bought the car it had a 283 motor with a three speed stick.I had always wanted a 1957 with a big block chevy in it so I gave the 283 away and started building a motor for it.One thing led to another and I mini tubed it,9 inch ford rear end with four wheel disc brakes.I powder coated the chassis and all components on car.I put earl williams dropped spindles and Wilwood disc brakes on front.The 454 big block motor was done by Bob Lienhard a well known engine builder in my area.It was bored 30 ove, has a steel cran, crower rod, wisco pistons,aluminum new oval port heads from chevrolet dealer,air gap intake,850 hp holley,msd ignition,smilley headers,3 inch exhaust,flowmaster mufflers,jet coated exhaust,custom made valve covers,and holley manual fuel pump.The motor was balanced and all necessary machine work done.The trans is a 400 turbo with a 3000 stall continental converter.When I got the car runnin, I took it to Westech and had it ran on chassis dyno.Car made 560 hp to rear wheels.Car runs fine on 91 pump gas.The wheels are Vintage torque thrust wheels that eric vaughn widened to 10.The rears are 15x10 and fronts are 15x6 D spoke American racing wheels.Than I had the wheels polished and than nickel plated and ceramic coated.The rear tires are 325 x 15 BFG drag radials.It has a Mattson aluminum radiator and aluminum water pump.It has a flaming river tilt column with a bike three carrera stering wheel.My long time friend Jeff Ziolkowski did all the fab work.The mini tub the welding and smoothing of firewall and of course the hand made tach and gauge pods on dash.Zacks car refinery rewired car completely.Concept powder coating did all powder coat.Emmanuel Benoit did paint on outside and interior.All stainless and chrome was done by Schillings metal polishing.The car also has all new glass and window channels in it.The interior is a Cars inc kit that was installed by Elagance custom interiors.The seat frames were powdercoate, and I installed 1955 chevy headliner bows in i, because 55 was only year that got them.It adds a nice clean look to headliner.It has a Alpine stereo with sub and amp,sounds great.The car has only 2900 miles since done.The car runs and drives awesome.The car took several years to build and a boat load of cash.Car has won best of show several times and was featured in Chevy High Performance magazine.The car will not be released until funds clear!!!Any concerns call me at 909-5180599
