1957 CHEVY 3100 SHORT BED PICK UP TRUCK -- This truck has had 2 owners in the last 45 years. This 3100 has spent most of its life in southern North Carolina. I bought it from an older guy who owned it for 35 years and used it for his daily driver for over 20 years. Two year restoration by a shop who specialized in GM only work.It was finished about a year ago after undergoing a full restoration. It started out as a super solid and straight all steel body. It was completely disassembled, ll parts bagged and tagged and all the paint was stripped. No expense spared in paint, arts and reassembly. The engine is a brand new 350 V8 4 bolt main small block from GM with only 1000 miles on it. The transmission is a manual 4 speed stick. Everything was either restored or replaced during the restoration.This truck has a few custom changes but nothing was cut or changed for good. If you want to make it all original there is only a few things you have to change back. Runs and drives great. This is not a buttered up rusty rat that was redone to make money. I had this truck restored to keep it. Family commitments and no time to enjoy it compel me to sell it. Please do not bid unless you have the money ready right now. Sorry, o trades.
