This car has had a complete frame off restoration started. The body has been taken off the frame and the frame blasted and painted. All front end parts; brakes, all joints, tc are new. The 396 engine is believed to be original to the car. The block was decked so there are no numbers to verify this. The block was built by the previous owner. I quote what he said he did to it: " .040 bore Keith Black pistons, rank cut .010 rods, 020 mains solid lifters, tainless valves, ll new bronze wall guides, new springs. Competion cam 11-218-4. The car has new GM (not reproduction) quarter panels and trunk floor. The only reproduction panel on the car is the hood. We used original parts as much as possible. The interior is finished with new seat covers, eadliner, tc. New tires. The car was painted inside the doors and trunk with the original color, aderia Maroon. It has a 4:11 12 bolt posi rear. All electrical wiring is new. This car runs, rives, tops and does excellent burnouts. It is not ready for a cross country trip. It needs finishing and paint. The driver's side quarter panel has a dent from a jack handle smacking it. The is a nice, olid car. There is no rust in the frame or anywhere else. Please ask any questions you may have.
