For Sale: 1969 Camaro Rally Sport with Z/28 Badges. This Camaro has had a complete professional restoration performed with high quality attention to detail and correct appearance. The car was purchased in 2011 from RK Motors in NC for $49000 then had an additional $15000 invested to get it into its current condition. Body and Paint: The body is extremely straight and solid with no signs of any previous rust repairs. Ever panel appears to be solid metal with nice alignment between panels. The floors are solid as well and very clean and neat. The paint really pops with its Plum metallic paint and white stripes. Car was clear coated after stripes so there isn't any physical paint lines on the car. Even the door jambs are smooth and painted as nice as the exterior. Very high dollar quality job. You will not need to spend any money on body or paint. Engine and Transmission: The engine is a brand new GM ZZ4 350 Crate motor with new intake and carb and all me GM pulleys with one serpentine belt. The engine compartment is well detailed with all new components and new aluminum radiator. The engine runs at 195 degrees and idles very smooth. The motor was installed in 2011 by Masterworks in Michigan($13900 receipt) along with a new Tremic 5 speed manual transmission. This new 350HP GM crate motor and Tremic 5 speed is a very nice drivetrain combination. The car is extremely reliable and efficient and easy to drive. Exhaust and brakes: The exhaust system is all brand new from it ceramic coated headers to new Dynamax stainless steel system with stainless steel Magnaflow true dual exhaust system front to back. The car sounds awesome from idle to full acceleration through all gears. Great exhaust note. The brakes are all new with new brake booster, aster cylinder, otors, ads etc. The brake pedal is nice and firm and stops the car very quick. Interior: All of the interior is like new. Extremely well done with attention to detail to keep it original in appearance. All of the materials look like 1969 but new. A tilt steering column was installed for ease of entry and comfort position for driving. All of the gauges in the dash and center console look new and are very crisp and bright. All of the interior has a very nice high quality appearance. There is over $64000 invested in this car, ut that doesn't mean it is worth $64000. The car will be sold for a lot less to a lucky purchaser who wants that classic 1969 look with a modern driveline and reliability I'm selling the car "as is" because cars of this age are.
