Hi. You are looking at a good used 1960 Chevy Bel Air. I am selling this cool old car for a friend. This Bel Air is currently insured, registered, and inspected in the state of New York. My friend takes it to local car shows, and cruises it around on the week ends. It has a very good running 350 Chevy engine with a Holley carburetor. This is bolted up to a rebuilt turbo 350 Automatic transmission, complete with a shift kit and a B+M floor shifter. It recently got new upper and lower ball joints, upper and lower control arm bushings, and a new carrier bearing for the two piece drive shaft. It has a recent disc brake set up in the front, and drum brakes in the rear. It has restored 14'' rally rims with almost new tires all around. The rear is stock, but works fine. The interior was restored a few years back, but still looks good. All windows are intact, and in working condition. There are new floor boards, and carpeting. The two front fenders were replaced with a good used set from the west coast. The trunk lid was professionally restored as well. Almost every thing works except the wind shield wipers, which need to be wired up.The car is a great driver and turns a lot of heads, and gets a lot of compliments around the shows, but it does need some work to be a show winner. The two rockers below the doors are rotted, the drivers side is worse. There is some rot in the trunk, and in the tail light panel. The trunk channel also has some rot. All the rubber weather stripping will need replacing. All in all this is a great starting point for a really nice rare car. You can drive it as you restore it. I am sure i left things out, o if you have any concerns or questions,or if you want to take it for a test driv, all my friend Tommy at; 516-974-6433. This car is also for sale locally,so i reserve the right to end listing at any time. Thanks for looking.
