1964 Chevy Chevelle SS Malibu 85,000 original one owner miles

I am selling this car for my uncle who does not do computers. It is a 1964 Chevelle SS Malibu with 85,000 original one owner miles. The car is in excellent condition and has been well cared for. It has been stored under cover since 1979. He had car inspected every year and currently has been inspected for VA antique tags. He has alot of service records on the car. Current work that has been done including new battery, new radiator and heater core, new hoses, nd some new exhaust work. He had the car painted once years ago and the front seats have been re-upholstered. There is some light paint bubbling/rust areas around rear fender wells and area between where trunk lid latches and above rear bumper. You can see those areas in the included pictures. We will require purchase to make a $500.00 deposit within 24hrs of purchase and purchaser will be responsible for any and all pickup arrangements and fees.

After some questions i received about the car I would like to add that the car does have power steering and a 4 barrell carburetor. I have also added some pictures of the frame and underside of the car as well as the carb.
