In the 1970's the Legendary Chevelle LS6 ruled the streets of America. This car is a recreation of that Iconic legend with the monster 454 cubic inch V8 cranking out 450hp which was known to be under rated by GM for insurance purposes. The Chevelle up for auction is a fantastic car in the rare Astro Blue color with white striping. The paint is a high quality paint job that I would rate as 9 of 10 being almost show. Everything was done mostly to exacting details (there are some exceptions, uch as, he seat belts and the added gauges below the dash). There are also some modern updates added, uch as, he radio with ipod capability and Rockford speakers. The engine as far as can be seen visually, ithout going through a complete tear down process appears to be a real LS 6 with engine casting numbers of 3963512 and engine stamping of CRR which would indicate 454-4, 50-LS6, H-400. There is no partial vin stamping on the short block pad. It has the correct aluminum intake manifold casting number is 3963569. It also has functional cowl induction. Car runs out nice, ngine and transmission are strong. Transmission was professionally rebuilt. From what I've been told there are less than a few hundred miles on it since it was restored.Interior is blue with bench seat and standard dash, o optional gauge package. Column shift. Carpets, oor panels, headliner and seat covers appear new.Undercarriage is highly detailed everything appears to be new or restored to new. It even has the correct mufflers with resonators and tail pipe extensions as it would have come from the factory. Not sure what the rear end ratio is but I assume it's a 3:31.Trunk super clean with paint spackle and spare tire mounted to a rally wheel. All the wheels were upgraded to 15", actory rally wheels were 14", nother small departure from stock.I have no receipts or documentation on what was done. All I can do is surmise what appears to be a fresh rotisserie restoration. Time frame over the past 8 years but don't have any exact dates. Someone spent some serious money on this car and did it right. True Miles are unknown.Below are two slide shows. One was done in a professional studio and another outside by me.
