Car description |
---|
Two front inner fenders. Both in very good condition
Two, hree section bumpers (front and back) with brackets. Both are in very good condition, o dings, ajor scrapes or scratches,or rust. There are remnants of a bumper sticker on the back bumper (I believe there was a AAA sticker there at one time), ut with some chrome polish and a little buffing, hey will both shine very nice.
Two quarter panels. Both in very good condition. Neither one of them has any noticabledings, ents or rust. I did start to drill out the tack welds on the passenger side.
Radiator support
Grill. In pretty good condition. A few minor dings, ut overall, t is pretty good for an original grill.
Dash / instrument panel. I believe that all of the gauges areincluded.
Deck Lid. Very good condition, o dents or rust. Includes tail lights.
Trunk floor. The entire inside of the trunk is in very good condition. Basically looks almost new inside.
Rocker panels in good condition, ith the exception of the holes left from where I removed the pillars (also included)
Complete floor. Good condition. Solid throughout. No soft spots, nly surface rust which can be removed with a wire brush on a drill
Front cowl (the piece between the windshield and the hood)
Back window. Pretty good condition. I do not see any defects with it.
Three large totes full of miscellaneous parts such as interior trim, loor vents, eadlights, eadlight buckets, eadlight trim (unfortunately these got dented during transportation),mirrors, ick panels, tc. When I got the car, believe that it was complete with the exception of the engine, ransmission, teering wheel and most of the exterior chrome trim. At one time, was going to sell it to an individual. That person gave me some money and took most of the parts with. He then said hewould return with the rest of the money and pick up the car. Well, hat fell through and he did not return several totes full of parts. Unfortunately, have been unable to track that person down to get those parts back. As a result, ome parts are now missing. Unfortunately, am not sure anymore of what all is missing.
Seats. Top and bottom of front and back seats. Material (original) is actually in decent shape with no rips /tears or any of the stitching coming undone. Foam is in good condition.Material is dirty, ut could possibly be (professionally) cleaned and used as is (if blue is the color you need).
Steering column
Straight and solid frame
Four original steel wheels (with what still may be the original tires, hich I have not had to fill with air for the last 8 years).
All four doors and window glass
Title and VIN plate
Transmission
Steering wheel
Majority of exterior chrome
Front and rear valances. I am pretty sure the car came with them, ut unfortunately, do not know what happened to them
The gas tank is included, owever, obviously it is of no use.
Leave everything on the frame and convert it to a 2 door, hich would require relocating the pillars, xtending the quarter panels and obtaining doors (again, aybe a convertible, r just don't put a top on it at all)
Use for parts as I was going to. It would probably be difficult to find two original quarter panels in this good of shape. The fenders are in pretty good shape as well and they too would probably be difficult to find. In addition, am sure that there are lots of floors and/ or trunks out there that need lots of attention. With this car, ou would have all of your bases covered
