This '55 BelAir is a true time capsule. Purchased from the 2nd owner in 1969, his has been a North Texas car since it was purchased new. The original 235 6 cyl 3 speed had a stuck valve and was bending a pushrod in '74, o it was parked under cover and not ever touched again. It has sat in covered storage for 40 years. It is an all original unmolested '55 BelAir. It is paint code 682, ashmere Blue and India Ivory, ll original 509 blue cloth interior. All 4 wheels are original to the car, nd have 3 hubcaps. The body is rust free, ith minor tailpan rust. All stainless is dent free except for minor repairable dings in the front left fender trim. Untouched originals like this one are becoming nearly impossible to find. It was touched up with rattle can primer in the 90's, ut will easily scuff off and leave perfect original patina. The dash is perfect, nd the steering wheel isn't even cracked. Front seat bottom isn't even worn, nd the solid floors still have the factory carpet padding. All glass is original and none cracked. Title was lost in the 80's, ut a bill of sale will go with car from the 2nd owner.
