Car description

Up for sale is one of my cherished classic autos. This is a RARE 1962 Corvair Monza 900 Station Wagon because it was only produced for one model year which was the Final production year for the Corvair Wagon. Only 2362 Monza 900 wagons were ever made. I bought this classic from another collector on January 04 with a mere 27808 miles, nbsp;and it currently has a shy 28064. This car is not a "trailer queen" but a super nice original!! The car was sold brand new at Chamberlin Chevrolet in Oyster Bay, new York on 5-14-62. The body is rust free and the underside has some surface but nothing severe. I took photos of the door bottoms to show that they are rust free. The chrome is all original and shines like new. The paint looks to be mostly original, he trunk has the original paint in great shape, nterior paint is original and excellent, inyl seats are excellent without any rips tears or worn areas, riginal padded dash is perfect as well with no cracks. The original AM radio still plays. The car has NOS door edge guards, as cap surround, ear bumper guards, nd a set of wire wheel hubcaps. I have a set of the later model ones in the trunk, ut also have a set of the original style...buyer can choose which set they want. I just put on a full set of matching NOS tires that I bought over 40 years ago. The original engine fires right up and purrs like a kitten. The original muffler was replaced with a Thrush muffler but I still have the original that goes with the car. The powerglide transmission shifts smooth. The only thing that I know of that is inoperable is either the gas gauge or sending unit I'm unsure which is bad. The car has always been garaged and it shows". I am disabled and have some serious health issues which have forced me to reduce my collection. I have numerous NOS parts and excellent used parts for these cars that I will also be selling. The buyer will have first choice at buying them.
