1967 L/79 Marina Blue Corvette Coupe unrestored with original paint, nterior, hassis and engine. A one owner car until 2002 with 33,850 original miles. This is one of the best unrestored 1967 Corvettes left in existence. Awards include the NCRS 4-Star Bowtie Award in 2011 and several NCRS Chapter and Regional Top Flight Awards. The most recent Top Flight Award was achieved at the 2011 NCRS Winter Regional in Florida earning a score of 96.6%. The NCRS Bowtie Award is the most difficult award to achieve for an original, nrestored Corvette. The car must be judged at least 80-85% original in four categories (exterior, nterior, hassis and engine). As of 2015 only 25 1967 Corvettes have achieved the prestigious NCRS Bowtie Award. In the last 5 years only 3 (including this car) 1967 Corvettes have achieved the NCRS Bowtie Award. Any Corvette collector who has gone through this judging knows how extremely difficult and incredibly rare it is to achieve the NCRS Bowtie. Also add to the fact this car also earned a high NCRS Top Flight and you have with out a doubt the best of the best. Other outstanding awards also include two Bloomington Gold Survivor Awards. The original owner earned a Survivor Award in 1990 (the first year Survivor Certification was available) and again most recently in 2011. The car is optioned with the L/79 (327ci 350hp), 20 4-speed manual transmission, 50 power brakes, 69 AM/FM radio, B2 seat headrest, 81 positraction and P92 white stripe tires. The original tires mounted to the original wheels are still with the car and also included are stock reproduction wheels, rim rings and tires for driving. When speaking of driving this low mileage original '67 one word comes to mind..."FABULOUS". It runs and performs as it did when new in 1967. The car still retains all original paperwork from new when delivered to Voss Motor Sales in Hinckley, llinois. Documentation includes the original bill of sale, riginal window sticker, riginal protect-o-plate, riginal tank sheet (still on the tank), riginal owner's manual in plastic pouch, riginal Illinois license plates, ertificate of title from 1st owner in 1967, 1 years of insurance cards beginning in 1969, ervice receipts and pictures of the 1st owner (1967 thru 2002) with the car and his mechanic. All judging sheets, ertificates and awards go with the car including the NCRS Bowtie plaque, CRS ribbons and Bloomington Gold Survivor Certification. This may be the most original best condition 1967 L/79 Corvette left in existence..........Restored classic Corvettes are not hard to find but original Corvettes with these awards in this condition and with this much documentation are VERY,VERY RARE INDEED!!
