1971 Chevy C10 SWB 1 OWNER All Original patina shop pickup truck rat rod C-10

You are bidding on an all original 1972 Chevy C10SWBone ownersurvivor truck that was purchased from the family that bought it new from Union Chevrolet in Memphis, N. This truck has never been messed with, igged or modifiedin any shape or form. It boasts the original body, aint & drive train that it came out with along with all matching #'s.

Exterior:

This truck has the original sheet metal and paintthat came with the truck whenever it rolled off the assembly line...this is NOT a Frankenstein creation. This truck has never been wrecked.The body of the truck is in excellent shape, as the original mediumgreen paint, nd absolutely NO body filler, or has it ever been touched up...you will not find astraighter or more flawlessnatural body truck east of the Mississippi. I have been around and owned many of thesetrucks, nd thisone has thebest natural body I have seen. However, t does have the typical rust in the cab corners, ockers, ed floor and tailgate. It has a dent in the front of the passenger front fender, ut can easily be dollied out. The chassis and undercarriage are in great shape, nd with a good power spraying,would clean up very nicely. The characterof this truck is perfect and is NOT fake...it's all 100% natural patina....it would be a crime to paint this truck.

Drive Train:

The engine is a straight 6 250 with a 3 on the tree trans. Truck is a 5 lug with disk front brakes. All the mechanics have been gone through in order to make this truck as dependable and reliableas possible...carb has been cleaned, as tank removed and cleaned,brand new battery, new alternator,starter, alve cover gasket, nd intake/exhaust gaskets, lugs, ires, istributor, oil,fuel pump and filters, ir filter, ater pump, adiator and engine flushed, emp sensor and oil change. Clutch & trans shift great! Truck has brand new Goodyear 235/75/15 tires that are close to the original size that came on these trucks.Front end alignment. Brakes and all electrical work great.

Interior:

The interior of this truck is all original with the exception of the cigarette lighter, nd I put in another dash pad and placed a Mexican blanket over the original seat cover (please note the pics). The foam of the seat was in good shape, ut the cover was torn primarily on the driver's side.

This truck was purchased with the intention of doing a full frame off restore and leaving the patina on the exterior sheet metal. However, need to sell in order to finish another project.
