Car description

Dear ebayers up for sale is my personally owned 1976 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible that is a great driver, has a tremendous running and driving power train and with a little TLC she could easily be a show car. The only reason I am selling this iconic and historic and classic vehicle is because my storage garage for this fine vehicle has been sold and rather than find a new garage I would like this classic to have a new owner that can appreciate her and maintain her as she deserves.
The mileage of this car is real and this vehicle has been maintained over the years and the power train, and its newly reupholstered and mint interior are its strong points. As pictured there is some rust on some of the body panels but surprisingly the car does not have any real rust or corrosion underneath the car. The hood was modified by the previous owner as a special carburetor was installed and to accommodate the carburetor a scoop was installed to accommodate the larger carburetor and acceleration and power and torque of this car is absolutely incredible! This car has the famed V8 500 cu inch engine and the engine and the matched transmission run as if new, and also has a newly installed battery.
All the electronics work on the vehicle include the windows and accessories including the top which is in excellent fabric condition. Occasionally, and after long periods of the car not running, the top needs a little manual help to bring the top up and down, but the complete top is intact, the fabric is in excellent shape with no rips or tears, and upon further review with my mechanic, he indicated that a new motor would make the top open and close according to OEM specs but that will be the reprehensibility of the new owner.

As pictured the body has some rust spots that will need to be addressed and there are really no dents throughout the straight body, but the front and back body fillers, which are a common problem of this vehicle will all need to be replaced. As stated before the custom interior was completely reupholstered and restored and alone is worth over $5,000 and looks pristine.

The mechanics of the car make it driveable, but even though she is running and driving the braking system will need complete servicing as at certain time the brakes lock up and there is some braking line that it will need that we have new and will be included with the auction win. The tires are all dry rotted and hold air but will need to be replaced. As pictured we have all the Cadillac Silver Factory Matching authentic wheel covers and three of the special addition black painted wheelcovers in the trunk of the vehicle.

With a phenomenal interior and a great power train and a good top with window, this car represents a tremendous value for anyone that wants this iconic classic. Many of these cars can be seen across the country in mint condition and with this mileage for at least $20,000 and is highly collectable and is offered here with no reserve and the highest bidder will win her.

Due to the age and condition of this vehicle, and although the power train is in excellent conditio, due to the dry rotted tires and the locking brake issue and defective brake line the car will have to be towed from its location in Southbury Connecticut. The car will be sold with a valid bill of sale which acts as a title that will transfer the ownership to the new owner as in the state of Connecticut vehicles older than 20 years only require a bill of sale to transfer title to the new owner.
A Non Refundable $100.00 Deposit is due at the close of theauctionand the balance must be paid within three days of theauctionclose, by Certified Check, Bank Check, or Bank Wire, Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App, before the Clear Title is Conveyed to the New Owner, and the car can be released. A $349 Administrative fee is added to allauctions for Detailing, Postage, Handling, and Title Transfer. The car must be picked up within 10 Calendar Days or a storage fee of $65 per day will be assessed to the finalauctionprice.

Thanks for looking at myauctionand your interest, and feel free to contact me with any of your questions and make sure to use the email address here on eBay and send me your phone number so we can have a dialogue about the car and a texting conversation. We will assist in shipping the vehicle anywhere with our refereed shippers for a very affordable price anywhere in the country or will assist with getting the car shipped with your own shipper. Cheers, Brandon!
