1974 Cadillac Fleetwood Talisman. Condition is Used.
Technically not a model on its own, the Talisman option appeared for three years only from 1974-1976, available on the 133-inch-wheelbase Fleetwood Sixty Special Brougham.
The Talisman stuffed every convenience and luxury feature from the rest of the Fleetwood line into one package, then added Medici crushed velour to just about every surface inside the car, most notably the 40/40 split front seats with a flip-up lighted writing desk in the divider.
For 1974 only, the Talisman also included a 40/40 split rear seat as well ... providing four passengers their own individual bucket seat of pure luxury in the finest car made at the time.

Approximately 1,898 Talismans were produced by Cadillac in the 1974 model year. Today, only 75 Talismansin totalare known to still existfor all three model years of 1974-1976!
My car has been in indoor storage for nearly 30 years. It was originally ordered by a business man in the prestigious Preston Hollow neighborhood of Dallas, TX. Minimal surface blemishes, mostly around the vinyl top. Runs and drives. Interior extremely nice and all original. No cracks on the dash or door panels! All original, including deep pile floor mats. The car needs the rear filler panels replaced. 43,000 miles!
Please refer to the many photos included that showcase the front interior with the writing desk open and closed and the rear console open and closed. The original factory color was called Georgian Silver; it is shown in primer gray in the images. The vehicle's original colors were Dallas Cowboys team colors in keeping with the prestigious Dallas, TX Preston Hollow neighborhood owner of this vehicle of distinction.
Completely straight body that has been never wrecked. A replacement trunk lock cover will be included (not shown in photos). All interior door panels perfect!
Downsizing collection to relocate. Active Cadillac LaSalle car club member since 1989.
