1963 Cadillac Fleetwood (series 60)

This 1963 Cadillac Fleetwood is a daily driver. I am the second owner of this wonderful car. I will describe it to the best of my ability. This car IS A SURVIVOR AND AN ORIGINAL, UNRESTORED EXAMPLE! THEY ARE ONLY ORIGINAL ONCE!
This car is mechanically sound . The motor and transmission are excellent. The motor cranks up easily and does not smoke or knock. It does not leak or burn any fluids and the transmission shifts without flaw and does not leak, burn fluid. The motor and tranny simply require normal maintenance! I recently replaced the motor mounts as they were original and required repacement. I also had a new exhaust system installed. The suspension was gone through and completely rebuilt. New tires have less than 50 miles on them. As I stated earlier, this is a daily driver and can be driven anywhere.
The interior is original and the leather is dry and cracking. Although the back seat looks good, if will probably crack if sat in often. I drive the car alot so the front seat will require reupholstry. The carpets are original and not bad for 56 year old carpet. The dash does not have any cracks. All gauges work, the seat motors work, all windows go up and down as they should (they are quick to go up and down!) Even the air conditioning blows cold with no leaks!
The exterior of the car is much better than average. The paint is original and NEVER repainted. It has some minor rust in the hood, and all panels are solid with no rot anywhere. The trunk and all floor pans are solid. The car does not leak any water. All chrome is in exceptionally good shape with no holes, rot or significant deterioration. In fact, the front lower bumper ends are perfect. This car was well taken car of and it shows. I regret that I have to sell my favorite cruiser.
