1979 Cadillac Coupe DeVille Always Garaged as a collectors vehicle

Let me start that I am selling this for my father-law who is clearing out some of his "toys".

This historic antique vehicle has been stored in a barn or garage since it was purchased in the mid 80's (I believe it as 1986). It has not been driven much over the last few years. It has always been treated more of a collectors item than a regular vehicle. The vehicle has always gotten its oil changed regularly even if it has not been driven. It gets driven every so often just for the fun of it and then parked again. The car runs fine, and it has always been maintained well.
But the years and lack of use have taken taken its toll even in the barn. Some of the paint is faded, the ceiling glue gave way and is now held up by push pins. The air conditioning did not cool when we tested it. Grandpa is now ready to have his "pride and joy" car go and make another collector of antique vehicles the happy owner.
