In 1976 Cadillac decided to cease production of any convertible models. This conversion was done by Hess & Eisenhardt builders of Presidential armored limousines and other high custom vehicles. They are known for their quality and workmanship. 1983 was a limited quantities made and were very expensive cars at that time MSRP was around $32,000.Runs well: HT-4100 4.1 liter V-8 fuel injection system with 4-speed overdrive automatic transmission.
