Registered, insured, inspected and driven Miller MeteorAmbulance. I just pulled this out of storage and started driving it to work out any bugs it may have. Put new brushes in alternator, fuel pump and rebuilt carburetor. Runs and drives good. As a car it works good, but most of the ambulance equipment needs installed or work on. Has the 472 cubic inch V8 which I believe was rated at 375 HP, turbo 400 transmission and a tight positraction rear axle. This car came from the peak of the muscle car era. Has dual battery setup and switch under dash, but is running on only one battery at the moment. Has original stretcher in the back, blood pressure gauge mounted above it. Dual spotlights. Front and rear heater. Front and rear air conditioning, which is not hooked up. Two sirens and controller, PA system with microphone included but not installed. This would be good for MOVIE, Prop, advertisement, promotional use, car shows etc. This is not the type of vehicle you want to drive if you don't like attention. Every timeI take it out I get multiple people talking to me every timeI stop, or even yell out while I am in traffic. The vehicle is pretty complete but the body is rough, half of the people ask me if I am going to restore it, and half say its awesome as is and should leave it that way. As with any old vehicle it does have its own idiosyncrasies.
