This is a one of a kind, frame up restored 1959 Cadillac Coupe DeVille Restomod. You will not see another one like it anywhere. If you want to be like Elvis Presley (except still alive), this is the King of the Classic Cadillacs! It has been completely restored and upgraded to a high modern standard using newer technology. You get the best of both worlds. The stunning and classic styling of the 59 Cadillac and it's iconic giant fins, along with the drivability and performance of a new Escalade. This high end Luxury Hot Rod was professionally done and has had over $150k invested into it, not including the cost of the car. The Caddy has approximately 400 miles on it since it was completed.
It is powered by an aluminum, fuel injected LS2 mated to a 4L60E automatic with overdrive transmission. It is fast, fun, smooth, and turnkey. The amount of power this car has over a stock version is unbelievable. You can easily cruise comfortably at freeway speeds. The engine compartment is very clean and well done. It has a complete FatMan fabrications front clip, power steering, and Ice Cold Vintage air conditioning that will freeze you out. It has four wheel power disc brakes and while it may not stop on a Dime since it is still a 1959 Cadillac, it will stop on a Quarter!
The paint and body are beautiful. It is rust free and very straight. The paint was done in the rare factory color of Inverness Green and is gorgeous. The undercarriage is extremely clean. The chrome, bumpers, stainless, etc. have been all re-done. The interior is done in high quality tan leather. It looks spectacular and is very comfortable. It has power windows that fly up and down. New Coker Wide Whitewall radial tires. Factory 59 Cadillac hubcaps. The trunk is nicely detailed.
The car is gorgeous and you will never find another like it but is not a numbers matching, undriven, Concours restoration. Please be realistic with your expectations. Clean, clear California title in hand. I am located in Cardiff, CA in North County Coastal San Diego. Fly in and hang out in the Pacific Ocean and take your dream Road Trip home. You could not come anywhere close to building this car for what I will sell it for. It will sell but ridiculous offers will be given exactly what they deserve and be completely ignored. I can help with transportation either getting it loaded on a truck or assisting you however I can at the buyer's expense. Inspections are encouraged but must be completed before the end of the auction. $1000 non refundable deposit due at auction end and remaining balance due within three working days.
