What it needs, full disclosure:
This vehicle is 46 years old.
Stuff WILL need fixing from time to time.
Your level of "perfection expectation" will determine how much repair is required.
The car starts, runs, drives, and looks great as-is. Enjoy it right from the get-go!

The existing tires look great, especially with that 1.5" wide sidewall.
However after 10 years sitting, they have flat spots.
I have purposely NOT installed new tires, instead letting the new owner decide what style they would prefer.
BTW, new VOGUE tires with the same1.5" sidewall are under $700 on Ebay.

I'm including newwheel-well rubber plates.
Weatherstrips for both doors and both front pillars readily available.
Many if not all restoration parts are found on OPGI website and other places.
Theseitems can be easily installed by persons withaverage talent.
The radio turns on and antenna rises, but very little sound comes forth.
From my experience with similar Eldo's, I believe the dash-mounted speakers are cooked.
Not a terrible job, but does require patience.
Bodywise, I would guess it's had a least 1 partial re-paint.
Overspray can be noted in hood/trunk channels.
There is a 1" small chunk of missing paint in lower front fender
Rockersshow typical erosion for these older big bodies.
Repair them, or replace with readily available panels
Steering wheel has separation on rim segments, but a matching color cover makes it look better.

I'm sure there are more minor items to nit-pick on, but again, for a 46yr old car looking and running this great....Be happy!
