1937 LaSalle 50, Period car with custom modifications! Straight, rot free CA car with 350/Th400 using a Genie Shifter for smooth shifting. Edlebrock intake, new Holly carb, and custom $1k aluminum radiator (custom patterned off the original) with SPAL fan/shroud. Paint has wear and some light surface rust. Includes all brightwork (except hood ornament) not installed. Includes cowl fins,etc. Bumpers in excellent condition. Includes all brightwork (except hood ornament) not installed. Includes cowl fins,etc. Bumpers in excellent condition. Includes near perfect grill (one shown is extra). Includes complete set of Steele rubber weatherstripping components (worth over $1k alone). Original running gear, new brakes. Brakes are strong and plenty of stopping power. Rebuilt speedometer. Excellent condition Firestone bias plys. Powder coated wheels. Optima 12v red top. Fuel tank cleaned and coated, new sender unit. Original interior is worn, but useable. The 350 is strong, great compression and burns no oil. New high volume water pump, new alternator, new starter. Very strong engine with plenty of power for this big car. Can drive anywhere! This is a great car to finish into a custom classic!!

Additional info: a set of hubcaps is included (not perfect, but good condition). A spare tire/rim is in the trunk. Three of the side windows show about 1/4 delamination, but they are original and dated 5-1937. The vent window regulators are frozen. Basically, the windows should be gone through. But a full set of Steele window channels and rubber are included. The door locks work and full set of keys. The wiper transmissions are included as are the inoperable motors. One of the wiper towers needs a piece glued back on (they are cast and fragile if dropped). The head and taillights work - the headlights have the modern three prong bulb replacement setup. California title is clear and currently registered with a restored set of 1937 California plates. The front plate is not installed but included, as is the front plate holder.
