The car starts right up and drives fine. 502 Cubic inches. 97833 miles is original. Trans shifts great and power steering is good. Brakes work fine. The interior is original and fine but the carpet is old and needs replacing. Tires are fine and and still good for miles. It has a clear Montana Title. Pickup only. Bull horns have been removed and in the trunk. I bought this 1971 Caddy Convertible in Montana and had it trucked to Chicago to drive Route 66 with 3 other friends. After a week on the road with baggage. it was clearly too small with our luggage etc so we had to leave the car in/near Springfield MO and rent a Durango to carry us all. - The car ran fine but was not what I was told when I bought it. The AC does work but the fan shroud is broken and needs replacing. Also the AC need re-gassing. The Cruise control does not work. - The radio keeps blowing fuses. - A couple of the cigar lighters work as we needed them to charge our phones. The rear lighters don’t operate. - The rear suspension sags so needs new springs I think. - There is some minor rust in a rear quarter panel and a small bit in the trunk. - There are some minor tears in the top but it is ok. Check the pics out carefully. - Paint is old and original with scratches over most panels so would need to be repainted. Check the pics. - Some trim on the exterior is loose or missing. This is a good old Cadillac with life left in it yet and a perfect old cruiser or candidate for a restoration. NO RESERVE. Car is advertised here on As Is/Where Is basis with no warranty or return. $500 deposit into my Wells Fargo bank or Paypal after auction ends. You can pick up the Caddy after the money clears. Thanks and happy bidding. The car is under dry storage at this time.
