This all original, numbers matching unmolested beauty has been in our family for 15 years. She has been garaged since we acquired her from the 2nd owner who owned her for a less than a year and “helped the elderly original owner out” by passing her on. We first 'discovered' her in Petaluma, CA where she was originally sold, and hasn’t left Sonoma County since. The odometer says 12,500 or so but most likely turned once. She was repainted once to the factory pink (Mountain Laurel) which was a decent paint job. Under the trunk and the hood the faded original paint still shows. The pink leather and black fabric interior is original and sun-faded in some areas with minimal wear, including the door panels and a good looking headliner and padded dash. All chrome is in good condition, the bumpers have mild pitting, all moldings and ornaments are in decent condition, the hood bezel insert is not an original. Overall, she is a rust-free Northern CA car in very good condition for her age, and ready for restoration to perfection if desired. Runs and drives just fine. The original 365 engine and transmission have been well maintained and never been rebuilt. In the last decade she has been pampered with new front end, brakes, steering box, power steering pump, radiator, cooling system, exhaust, manifolds, starter, alternator, battery, belts, and more that I can’t recall, basically year in year out we took care of her everything in the best possible way. We only drove her locally, so should be roadworthy enough for longer trips. All power windows work, power seat is stuck. The driver side window has a crack. The wide white-wall tires and hubcaps look of age. The spare tire is a matching wide white wall and an extra matching 6th is also included. Other parts included are a radiator core, steering box core, carburetor gasket and a few other miscellaneous this and that. We loved and spoiled our pink, fat daily driver dearly throughout the years, with the intention to keep her forever, yet priorities sometimes shift unexpectedly in life. Seeing her off to her next great home where the legacy and originality won’t be compromised and will continue to be appreciated is of utmost importance to us, so we reserve the right to decline a winning bid upon a short interview to assure that she won’t be flipped or chopped or abused in any way. Please do not bid if you are not comfortable with this prerequisite! We risked all to save her from the recent wildfires, so please understand why this is so important to our family. All DMV fees are up to date. Buyer to pickup locally from Santa Rosa, CA or arrange for shipping, happy to do our part in coordinating. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions, thank you for your interest and happy bidding.
