Car description |

This is one of the coolest cars I've ever seen, and looking for the TLC it deserves.
I bought it as an abandoned project from the previous owner who got it disassembled to the point that it is. I thought it would make a great pair to my 1960El Camino. Unfortunately, life happened, and I will not be getting to this project.
The car is largely disassembled, but most parts are there. The body is straight- never been wrecked, and minimal rust. There is some rust near the right rear lower taillight, and the rain gutters on both sides of the roof are rusted (these would probably be covered by the trim). It has a 390 engine whichspins freely, coupled to an automatic transmission.
The interior has been reupholstered, and is ready for installation. Floor boards are solid- I only noted acouple small dime sized holes. The dash is a beautiful metallic burgundy, and the gauges have been redone with burgundy accents. The door cards have beenreupholstered, and the glass is in good shape.
Most of the chrome has been restored, but some will need to be redone. The bumpers have mild imperfections on them- no pitting.
Excellentcandidate for arestoration, or a hot rod engine swap. Would make an awesome low rider or cruiser.
This is a no reserve auction. I am moving to a new house, and this car can not come with me. My loss, your gain. Car is located in Albany GA, 31721. Note this car will be sold with a Bill of Sale only, in accordance with GA law.
Please feel free to ask any questions. I will do my best to answer them promptly and accurately.
