Vehicle Overview
1950 Cadillac
Series 62, Club Coupe
6,334 Produced - Sold new for $3,150
16k original miles
Everything on the car is original nothing has been replaced
including its beautiful sombrero hub caps.
A true time-capsule.
Mildred Meyers purchased the car on November 20, 1950 from the
Dreisbach & Sons Cadillac dealership in Detroit, Michigan. She owned the car for 32 years driving just 15,100 (approximately) miles. That's 8 miles or so per day. It sat in her garage most of the time. When she passed she willed it to her niece.
Rosemary Keller lived in Phoenix, Arizona. She owned the car for 22
years. When she sold it to it's third owner the car had traveled another 440 miles. That's not quite 2 miles per day.
It's third owner lived in Corona del Mar. They proclaimed it will be driven on weekends, and will spend most of its time in the garage.
It was acquired by its current owner March 22, 2008 and today it has just over 16,000 miles. That's about 1 mile per week!
It runs and drives as it should. The Paint has not been polished and has a bit of patina. We did not want to touch it from its original condition. Feel free to call us with any questions.
