Up for auction is a 1988 Cadillac Brougham. The car was bought new and owned by a elderly lady that wintered in Florida with the car and brought back to Iowa in the summer. The car has never seen snow. My father bought the car from a local car dealership in August of 2015 where the the family sold it after she passed 2 years ago. It was my fathers pride and joy until his passing last October. The car is equipped with power seat, power windows, cruise, power antenna and ice cold air. With only 39,000 Miles on the car. It the state of Iowa once the car is 10 years old they do drop the actual mileage off the title. You will see that in the auto check report that in 2004 is when they dropped the mileage. This has to be one of the nicest cars around. My father bought a brand new set of hankook tires and had them installed last September. The car has had the bug shield on it since new. And you can see in the pics there are a few rock chips where the shield did not cover the front fenders. There is some spots in the carpet that i did not try to clean up from the original owner. Has always been garage kept. Buyer is responsible for shipping. Will not sell outside of the USA. $500 Deposit is due within 24 hours of the auction ending. Please ask any questions. I will try and get them answered as soon as possible. Car is located in Sioux City Iowa. I have more pics that i can email also of the interior, doors, trunk and engine. The car is spotless. I tried to get every angle i could and ran out of room for pics in the listing. I want to be as honest as i can be with the car. The car is being purchased as is no warranties. I do Reserve the right to end the auction at any time.
