1988 Cadillac Allante - Both Hard and Soft Top - NO RESERVE

I recently bought this car from my neighbor who was moving into a retirement home. I know nothing about these cars but this seems like a well preserved one. It has both the hard and soft top. The tires have flat spots. The engine fired right up after changing the gas and fluids out. I drove it ten miles and it seemed to shift and run very well. I was told it has a factory radar detector.
Things I Noticed:Passenger window does not roll down, motor engages but there is a clip broken.Drivers seat the stitching is beginning to come undone.A quarter sized crack in the panel covering the soft top.Drivers brake light broken in corner, new one is in the trunk.System message of low A/C refrigerate comes on.Two faded spots one on hood, one on trunk (pictured)
The car overall I would say is in 7/10 condition. It has never been cleaned up or restored just used and cared for. It is not perfect but is a great start and seems to be missing no parts. This is a no reserve auction, you are buying it how it sits. If you have any questions ask now, I can send more pictures on request. The title was dated and signed by my neighbor for 3/1/17, the buyer is not filled out so you should be able to put in your name no problem. Clean Oregon title.

Things I noticed while looking at it with a potential buyer.
Quarter sized burn mark on passenger vanity mirror which transitioned to roof.
Drivers vanity mirror is shattered.
Center console lid is heavily worn in corner
Drivers door arm rest is discolored.
Floor has stains (shown in pictures aswell)
Shifter is discolored
Soft top has light mildew, but will clean up.
Softtop could use new bottom seal, it torn in placed.
Passenger front tire has a screw in it, will need new tires as the have flat spots(previously noted)
Volume button for stereo is worn more than other buttons.
Comes with factory users manual.
Potential buyer said a 7/10 is a fair way to describe the car, and he was very picky.
I am trying to be honest as possible, it is almost a 30yr old car, but it does run, stop, and go. Has both tops, and overall is in good shape. Highest bid will be the winner of the car.
