1961 Cadillac convertible

Up for sale is a beautifully restored 1961 Cadillac Convertible. I bought this car out of a warehouse in Nevada. It was in there for about 20 years. Before that it had always been a California car. The pair of original California black license plates goes with the car.The previous owner startet the restoration (paint and interior) but then stoped and sold it to me.It has a new convertible top and booth and all new top hydraulics (pump, cylinders and hoses). All the lights work. The radio in the dash is a Bluetooth radio. It is totally integrated and you won't notice any difference.I took the whole dash and all the instruments out to clean and rebuild each one of them. Everything works. All the window switches where cleaned and they work. Power antenna and dash clock are also working now.The engine is nicely detailed and fully tuned up. It is the original engine and it's serial number matches the VIN number. Original carburetor is professionally rebuilt.Transmission was off the car and taken apart to replace all the gaskets. I took the gas tank off to clean it and put a new sending unit in it.As you can see on the pictures it sits on nice looking and expensive Kelsey Hayes style wire wheels. Of course with brand new Coker wide whitewall radial tires.The chrome is all original and shows some aging here and there. The very dark gunmetal grey really looks and shines nice in the sunshine. Although it is a good paint job with all the trim had been taken off you can find some imperfections if you are really looking for them.Due to a leaking heater core the previous owner had replaced a piece of the passenger side floor pan.The heater is recored now and there is no leak anymore.This beauty is titled in my name and I have the title in hand.International buyers are welcome and I will assist with shipping.Buyer pays for shipping.You can call me (Thomas) with all the questions you might have.
