1974 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible

1974 CadillacEldorado Convertible. This is a running, driving, Cadillac convertible. I have a clear title in my name, and I will gladly help the shipper you select in shipping the car anywhere in the world. Please look closely at all of the photos. The Cadillac has been sitting for several years and needs to be restored. With very little work, it could be a daily driver - at least in good weather. Theengine runs good, doesn't smoke, or makeunusual sounds. It shifts properly and drives straight. The lights, turn indicators, even the power trunk lock work. The car drives smoothly, and the power brakes work good. All of the glass is good, but it is missing the rear convertible top glass. The reserve on my Cadillac is very low. I want the new owner to know exactly what they are buying. With this in mind, I will detail the problem areas I have found. 1. Thecanvas top is missing. All of thetop bows and motor are in place. The top motor switch activates the motor, but the top doesn't move. The Cadillac has been sitting for several years and I think thehydraulic fluid has leaked out. 2. With the canvas top missing, the interior seats are weather worn as well as the door panels. The interior is in place, but shows the wear. 3. The body is straight and the floors and frame are dry and in good condition. There is rust in the wheel wells where the fender skirts attach. Both doors, as well as the trunk and hood align properly and open and close well. The original yellow paint is faded and it has nicks and scratches, but no dents or major rust problems. Again please look closely at all of the photos. The tires have good tread, but are old and should be replaced or checkedbefore driving any distance. The Cadillac comes with extra front bumper and grille parts as well as taillight brackets. Thetonneau cover is in the trunk with the spare tire and jack.
