1939 Cadillac Convertible Sedan1 of only 140 ever built
Here is a very nice 1939 Cadillac Convertible sedan series 61 that I am selling for my Uncle's estate. He owned the car for the last 20 years. A restoration was started on the car and will need to be finished. The body was removed, the chassis has been completely restored with all new suspension and brake components. The original engine, transmission and rear end were all rebuilt and has been run tested to make sure it is excellent functioning order. The body work on the body, ear fenders and hood has been completed. The front fenders will need to be finished. He has new glass made for the car and ordered a new wiring harness. There are a few pieces missing that are common to all 39's. I could not find the bumpers and the dash assembly. I do has a series 60 1939 Cadillac for sale separately if you are interested that has all of the parts needed to finish the car. I amavailableby phone to answer any questions 949-306-5390. Please see all of the photos to see what has been done. Last august one traded hands in a private sale not an auction for $80k that was a 30 year old restoration. The last 2 photos are of a restored 39, not of this car.
