1958 cadillac

here we have a 1958 cadillac 2 doo, bought this car 13 years ago and have been restoring it with my so, e now have lost interest in i, i would like to sell i, we have done so much work on this car its unbelievabl, will try to list some things her, bought car from peru new yor, hipped it here to fredericton NB canad, ts been in my garage ever sinc, ad it out few times around the block just for test drive, t does drive wel, hen we got it we stripped it down to the fram, sandblasted and painted frame and fixed rear trunk up with new metal bent on our bending machin, ts well done and solid mig welded togethe, e also had 2 full rocker pannels bent up by machines, inner and outer, e then migged in new metal for floor, ll trun, floors all solid, e did make our own rear wheel wells on bending machine,they are octogona, nice job on all thi, hen we bought and installed rust free front fender, ront inner wheel well, hood, run, oth doors were fixed on bottom with long metal piece and migged well,new windshield and rubber sea, ear window all redone with new caulkin, new front upper control arm, ew rear control arm bushings and rear control arms rebuilt, ew gas tan, shocks brake shoe, drums turne, ew brake line, ew brake cylindar, front coil springs,steering couple, teering wheel and horn ring in great shap, new front wheel bearings repacke, ront stabilizer bar ki, new transmissin line, as lin, ew radiator, ew heater fan, ew dash cover done by rons upholstery and dash painted white,doorrubber j seals ne, ew black carpet and white headliner both not installed yet but there included,inside trunk is finished whit, nd new trunk seal installe, new master cylindar rebuilt but still doesnt work that wel, i bought a new more modern power brake booster but havent installed it yet it needs bit of migivering to get it to attach properl, all new universal joint, new dual exhaust and hung up properl, new battery last yea, all chrome is there except both rear quater pannel spears and both rocker pannel chrome and passenger side front wheel well tri, rear fin trim solid but needs rechrome, hrome door flippers great shape and wor, lond drip rails excellen, ood and trunk v good shap, rill good shap, hood badge good but missing insert, ront headlight bezels very good shape small pitting under eybrows ,rear wheel well mouldings like ne, ront bumper good shape driver quality, ear bumper center section needs replatin, ut the bumper ends are driver quality and solid, he one shown on car is not the on, all the chrome pieces are not on the pic of car because they are in the trunk packed awa, tail lights solid pitted and needs rechromed and front side wing windows pitted need rechromed on side glass cracked ,rear quater windows good shap, ll chrome on side windows are pitted som, all interior chrome in good driver quality, ront side fender and top spears driver quality no dings, oor spears good driver quality,windshield trim is great front and back .door handles verry good shap, all interior handles good shap, both door and trunk locks are grea, interior dash clusters great shap, oth seats and door pannels are included but needs redone for sur, new electric fuel pum, new cooker white wall tire, all 4 original hubcaps are there in great shape,Horn dont seem to wor, ook motor all apart took to machine shop they put gauge down cylinders and said dont bore it its only out 8 thousands inc, ust put new ring, rod and main bearing, lap valve, gasket kit and seal, we didnt have great luck with the rear main seal we used the wick type and mechanic told me it will probably drip a bit and it doe, i have bought new type seal but i havent installed it yet. water pump rebuilt, belt, exhaust manifold, id a complete carb jo, ew electronic ignitio, lugs wires et, uns like a top and transmission shifts perfect, hey dunked block and heads to clean them u, e put back together and painted it cadillac blu, ransmission t, ut back in car, new alternato, ook old generator off and installed new modern one got rid of all that stuff on firewal, rear quater pannells were rusted on bottom so we cut them of, ig welded a whole new 8 foot long piece along bottom of each sid, nd also migged the flare trims on wheel wells back o, ts all well don, now the body man will have to block them ou, , here is no rust to fix on this ca, all new metal welded i, also nice stereo system is installed t, he deck is inside the dash compartment not to mess up the look of the dash.vacume wipers do work and the chrome blades are new arms are good driver quality ,new emergency brake cable system also installe, trunk badge is good shape but fade, side rear view mirrors are new aftermarket,there you have i, f your interested it will drive on any trailer and haul away and finis, eeds body and pain, nterior and some rechroming don, nstall the new power brake booster thats include, ew chrome pieces to get ;and you got it don, ll the hard stuff is done no, got $ 19,000 in this car so far with all receipts to prove i, not counting labour lol, got $1000 just in sandblasting sand lo, his car finished at about another $10,00, ould be beautiful and bring
