1969 Cadillac Deville convertible. 110,000 miles. I've owned the car for about 35 years; we did a 4000 mile round trip 30 plus years ago, ther than that just weekends, t's been under a car porch or outside but never driven in winter, t's had one new top, t doesn't leak but it's due for another, retired and decided to gut it. I've been tinkering with this car for five years or so, ow it has to go, he boss has been telling me that for years. All the body work is steel i.e. rear fenders, 6ga. new trunk, loor pans 14 ga. Etc. after I finished the body work I decided to rub it down and make it look presentable and put a coat of paint on it till I could afford a paint job because I was driving it around, he paint is 9461 Rustoleum hammered I liked it so I did a couple more coats, ts easy to touch up, f you like it you can have the airless sprayer I used and the left over paint. The chrome strip between the passenger side windows is rusted, eed to find another or have re-chromed. 9 inch crack in passenger side windshield see photo. So, t's still a project, he engine is rebuilt, verything outside the engine is replaced i.e. fuel pump, tarter, lutch fan on radiator, ower steering pump, aster cylinder, lternator, EI distributor, alipers, ylinders, rakes, xhaust front to back, ear wheel bearings, ead lights, eater core while the engine was out. I had a cover made for the front bench and glued together a couple of tears in the front seats. Almost all electrics work, op, eat, ntenna, tc, he driver's door panel is ripped up in the bottom front corner, he front speakers are disconnected, he wires are hanging beside the radio and they're good. a/c compressor removed, t's all there if you want it. I have otherparts, oor lights, oor sills for carpet and such. The photo of the seals are for the inside door panels which may need to come off yet and the new top if and when installed, he rest are on, his package was $1000. I would drive this car anywhere. I have the carpet but it's not in, laid it there for the photo, have many photos from start to present, .g. engine block on stand after acid dip and cam shaft installation. A few thousand dollars and hundreds of hours work. 2000 miles since rebuild. $5,500 starting bid, o reserve.
