Car description |

For sale 1956 Buick Century. I bought the car last year from a guy that owned it for last 9 years. The car was sitting in the garage it started right up and i drove it 130 miles home. It drove very nice on the highway. i wanted to make a hot rod out of it but it seems that time is the issue and i would hate to see that beutiful car just sit in the garage and colect dust. The engine runs perfect no knocking noises of any kind runs very strong and smooth like new car no leaks what so ever. Transmition shift very smooth. Basically it is in very good driving condition i would drive that thing anywhere. I had my friend who is a mechanic and wrks on old cars like that to go through the car. He fixed winshield wipers, reesed wheel bearings, hecked the brakes, eplace radiator hose, nstalled new battery wires and we put new carburator on it. Car starts like half turn and runs very well. There is of course few things that dont work lke speedometer, gas gage, and horn, know that it is run by vacum hoses so those need to be checked. I have shop maual for it as well. It has very minor surface rust in 4 spots which you can see at the pics, underneath it is almost no rust maybe tiny spots here and there. Very solid car.
Overall very solid car that would make eather a colector item or great hot rod or a daily driver.
